Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of MCAT Website , there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for MCAT Website:

External video links (Castus): Not all videos have closed captions, especially our live videos. because The AI translations for Castus are not of good quality at the moment. Castus videos are duplicated on YouTube where AI-generated closed captions are available. All of our government meetings for the City of Missoula have “open captions”.

Media Assistance Grants, Program Submissions, Media Camps (including scholarship applications) and MCAT Board Member applications: There might be some accessibility limitations with our external forms. because We are using a third-party software (Submittable) for the form submission. We haven’t tested this software for accessibility. We’ve reached out to the company about accessibility and waiting to hear back. Please reach out to us via email or phone and we can fill out the form for you.
